Once a student has a job while enrolled in Work Experience, a Training Plan Agreement is to be completed by the student and parent/guardian and returned to Mrs. Edmondson. When a site visit is done by Mrs. Edmondson, this Agreement will be discussed with the employer and the employer's signature will be obtained. Please print the Training Plan Agreement, complete it and have the Agreement signed by your parent/guardian and returned to Mrs. Edmondson. If you have an internship, you can print the Intern Training Plan Agreement.
